What You Receive
10 mind blowing zoom lessons! These 45-60 minute live zoom lessons are built to inspire, engage, and provide the tools needed to create an awesome life. Parent’s are invited to learn as well without paying extra. All calls are recorded in case you miss a week.
Q&A opportunities. Teens and parents are invited to ask questions on the zoom lesson so that you can better apply what you’re learning.
Downloadable versions of the Course Workbook, Affirmation Coloring Sheets, Self-Confidence Worksheets, and the Follow Through Planner.
Weekly applications to integrate the tools into your life instead of just binging on information.

Focusing - An essential school and work skill that isn’t taught at school or work.
Self-Confidence - It’s necessary in order to thrive, yet many kids don’t understand it or know how to create it.
Building Powerful Friendships - They are the foundation to all healthy relationships, but do kids really know how to make and retain them?
Improving Parent Child Relationships - Let me teach your child the truths and skills about family relationships (that they don’t want to hear from their parents).

Why?
I became a teacher because I LOVE helping kids, but I started coaching because I realized that without certain mental and emotional skills kids struggle academically and socially. Now I get to teach kids how to be independent, confident, healthy, and happy!
I wish I could have taken a class like this when I was younger. It would have saved me from a lot of suffering. Our teenagers are so powerful and smart they just need the right tools and practice.
