Coaching is the scrap paper to life’s tests. It’s an independent safe place for teenagers to work through their personal struggles so they can show up to life the way they truly want to.

HOW IT WORKS
Before coaching starts, we get on a consult call where I can learn what you would like me to focus on during our time together.
Once you’ve purchased the program I’ll send you the materials and we select a time for the 1:1 coaching sessions.
During the 12 weeks I’m here to offer the insight that teenagers no longer want to hear from parents, from the perspective of a teacher who understands the current struggles teenagers face.
Through 1:1 zoom calls, your child will learn how to look at life more objectively, develop a positive perspective, grow their self-confidence, increase their love, coach themselves, become emotionally mature, build healthy friend groups, improve parent child relationships and grow their learning, focusing, and planning skills to succeed in school.
Every week I monitor how they are doing, what’s keeping them stuck, make sure they are doing the work, and update parents.

Commonly Asked Questions
Q: Is my child too young for coaching?
A: As a teacher I know that ALL kids need these mental, emotional, and social skills. Seriously. I can’t emphasize that enough. But, with that said, kids do best in the course when they are hungry for the material; meaning they are ready to log in, take notes, apply the tools, and are excited to grow.
Q: How do I know my child will like it?
A: Coaching always feels weird in the beginning. Most teenagers come on the consultation call hesitantly, but once they see me and what coaching is all about, they love it. It feels good to finally take control of your emotions and life. It feels good to be emotionally mature, grow social skills, and do better in school. Most kids want to do well, they’re just lacking the tools they need to succeed.
Q: What if my child misses a week?
A: That is pretty common. You will still receive all 12 coaching sessions. We usually just postpone until the next week or can reschedule for another time during the week if that’s most helpful.
Q: Do I offer smaller coaching packages?
A: My goal for my clients is that after coaching kids can coach THEMSELVES. What I’ve seen is that the 12 weeks has allowed my clients to learn and practice the powerful material covered in the course while not feeling like it’s dragging on. Kids often express how they feel the 12 weeks have flown by and so it’s important to take every coaching call seriously. Once a client has finished the 12 weeks they are able to buy smaller packages of 6 or 1 if they feel it’s necessary.
